Hello World!

My name is Molly and welcome to my blog Molly Jean’s Tasty Cuisine!

I recently graduated from Kent State University with a Master’s in Nutrition and completion of a Dietetic Internship.  I have just passed the CDR exam and am now a Registered Dietitian, frantically searching for employment, preferably in the Cleveland area, to be  nearest to my dearest, family and my loving boyfriend who I have been with for over 3 years!

I am a Ohio University bobcat at heart.  I graduated in June 2009 after a wonderful 5 years (yes I was a super senior!) of education, being a part of OU’s swimming and diving team, while gaining friendships and memories that will last a lifetime.

Although I am a registered dietitian and have the priority to deliver information to aid people in developing a healthy lifestyle to live by, I am a foodie!  Everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy life.  So, if food is life, then enjoy life through food!  Everyone should indulge every once in awhile!

I have attempted blogging about food in the past and it turned into a blog about my study abroad experience in Italy.  Click the link here to view! http://mollyjeanscuisine.blogspot.com/

For this blog I will discuss recipes I make, restaurants I dine at, nutrition information I come across that I believe is important for everyone to know, and different foods that I enjoy!

As a foodie, I would first like to share my typical breakfast that I have almost every morning.  Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt, small handful of granola, strawberries and blueberries.  It’s almost like having dessert for breakfast.  Sweet, smooth and creamy and keeps you full!

I look forward to sharing much more with you soon!
