Hummus Pita Pizza

Quick, easy, delicious, and requires NO cooking!  Making dinner only for 1?  Have this meal ready for yourself in less than 5 minutes!

All you do is take a whole wheat pita, spread some of your favorite hummus on it and top with your favorite veggies and some cheese!

I used Sabra– Roasted Garlic Hummus

Topped with cucumber, red pepper, green pepper, spinach, and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
